National Gallery, London HD App Reviews

This is the London Gallery and its contents from the 15th Century onwards. It is the perfect way to visit the Gallery whilst still at home. The fact that you can download and email etc each painting and listen to classical music are two great pluses.

Theres not much more to say about this. It really is the finest collection of artwork contained within as iOS app that Ive ever seen. Downloading takes a bit of time, but the resolution is wonderful and I think the major time periods and schools are adequately represented. The small info blurbs about the works are well done. There could be more examples of some periods and artists, but it appears that there are other apps on the way (for the usual small fee) that will go into more detail about specific things. Great app - Im seriously impressed!

I only had enough time to see 4-5 thumbprints before being forced to write a review. I didnt even have time to turn on the classical music.
